Health Vasco Cancellation & Refund policy.

In case you feel our service provided to you is not as per your expectations, we request you to bring to the notice of our support team.

Cancellation policy:under this policy cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within one week from the date of booking the tests and before the sample collection.

Refund Policy:

We will try our best to satisfy our customer with our service. In case, any customer is not satisfied with our services and opt for cancellation we can provide the refund within 15 working days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax. Cancellation Is not allowed once the Sample collection or report delivery aftermath the refund request would not be contemplated. The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under special cases (such as bank holidays, strikes, bank delays etc.) healthVasco cannot be held liable for the delay.

If the paid credit card/debit card refunds will be issued to the original credit /debit card provided at the time of purchase and in the case of payment gateway, we will return to the same account .
